The VOP oil treatment plants offer unsupervised operation, maintenance-free degasser, variable flow and foam control, safety interlocking, and centralized control. They are also compatible with MVA support.
The standard plants include VOP010 (300 – 1,000 lt/h), VOP030 (1,000 – 3,000 lt/h), VOP060 (2,000 – 6,000 lt/h), and VOP090 (3,000 – 9,000 lt/h).
The services include complete repair and testing by service specialists, training for operators on-site or at the workshop, and machine virtual assistance for remote support.
The oil flow in the degassing unit is continuously adjustable to ensure the best treatment results through uniform oil distribution and automatic oil level control (OLC). This feature helps in maintaining optimal treatment conditions during the oil processing.
For maximum operational safety, the oil treatment plants are equipped with all necessary control and safety devices as well as a PLC control with an intrinsically safe FSO system (Fail-Safe Operation). The functional safety of the machinery is according to EN ISO13849-1 safety category 4, ensuring a high level of safety during operation.
